释义	法律分析：股权转让的条件如下：一、有限公司的股东向股东以外的人转让其出资时，必须经全体股东过半数同意；二、经股东同意转让的出资，其他股东对该出资并无购买意图；三、公司股东会对转让事项有关的信息作出同意的决议。只有同时满足以上三个条件才能实现股权的对外转让，不满足任何一条都不能实现转让股权。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第一百三十七条股东持有的股份可以依法转让。
