释义	法律分析：劳动合同没有到期不可以直接离职走人。劳动合同未到期，员工提前解除劳动合同的，应当提前三十日提出书面辞职申请。劳动者提前30日以书面形式通知用人单位，既是解除劳动合同的程序，也是解除劳动合同的条件。无须征得用人单位的同意，超过30日，劳动者向用人单位提出办理解除劳动合同手续，用人单位应予以办理。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
