释义	法律分析：法院判决没有送达不可以执行。即使送达，也要过了15天的上诉期，这时当事人都没有提出上诉，这样判决书才生效。这时其中一方不履行法院判决书，这样另一方就可以申请强制执行。但二审判决书下达即生效。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第八十二条期间包括法定期间和人民法院指定的期间。期间以时、日、月、年计算。期间开始的时和日，不计算在期间内。期间届满的最后一日是节假日的，以节假日后的第一日为期间届满的日期。期间不包括在途时间，诉讼文书在期满前交邮的，不算过期。
