释义	法律分析：行驶证被扣15日没去拿，罚单也不进行处理的，会有滞纳金，不加扣分数。自收到罚单后15日内，必须完成罚款的缴纳，若是逾期未缴纳罚款，从16日开始以百分之三计算滞纳金。根据规定，最终的滞纳金不会超过罚金总额。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第一百一十三条暂扣机动车驾驶证的期限从处罚决定生效之日起计算；处罚决定生效前先予扣留机动车驾驶证的，扣留1日折抵暂扣期限1日。吊销机动车驾驶证后重新申请领取机动车驾驶证的期限，按照机动车驾驶证管理规定办理。
