公司要求周六 加班 是可以拒绝的，根据《 劳动法 》第四十一条规定，公司因生产经营需要，安排劳动者加班应当征得劳动者同意，劳动者有权拒绝加班。但劳动者拒绝加班的，应当告知公司。 如果因为拒绝加班而被处罚，可以向当地劳动行政管理部门投诉举报。用人单位有规定的侵害劳动者合法权益情形的，由劳动行政部门责令支付劳动者的 工资 报酬、经济补偿，并可以责令支付 赔偿金 。
