释义	法律分析：银行卡丢失是可以直接销户的，工行的借记卡在网银里面就可以销户。个别银行需要先补卡才能销户。如果银行卡里面余额不多，建议在开通快捷支付，将钱转账出来，卡就不用管了，会自动注销的。法律依据：《银行卡业务管理办法》第二条本办法所称银行卡，是指由商业银行（含邮政金融机构，下同）向社会发行的具有消费信用、转账结算、存取现金等全部或部分功能的信用支付工具。商业银行未经中国人民银行批准不得发行银行卡。
