释义	法律分析: 行政降级处分，是指针对行政机关公务员处分的一个种类。即在原行政级别，向下降职的一种处分。降级的行政机关公务员受处分的期间为24个月。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国公务员法》第六十三条对公务员的处分，应当事实清楚、证据确凿、定性准确、处理恰当、程序合法、手续完备。公务员违纪违法的，应当由处分决定机关决定对公务员违纪违法的情况进行调查，并将调查认定的事实以及拟给予处分的依据告知公务员本人。公务员有权进行陈述和申辩；处分决定机关不得因公务员申辩而加重处分。
