释义	法律分析：没有回执。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动争议调解仲裁法》第三十六条申请人收到书面通知，无正当理由拒不到庭或者未经仲裁庭同意中途退庭的，可以视为撤回仲裁申请。被申请人收到书面通知，无正当理由拒不到庭或者未经仲裁庭同意中途退庭的，可以缺席裁决。第三十九条当事人提供的证据经查证属实的，仲裁庭应当将其作为认定事实的根据。劳动者无法提供由用人单位掌握管理的与仲裁请求有关的证据，仲裁庭可以要求用人单位在指定期限内提供。用人单位在指定期限内不提供的，应当承担不利后果。
