网贷要求存入百分之三十的钱 -法律知识

法律分析：
正规的小额贷款公司都是先发放贷款，即使有手续费也是贷款发放后从贷款额中一次性扣取，不存在先收钱的情况，凡是对方以任何理由要求你先支付任何费用的，都是绝对的诈骗，无论在任何情况下，都不要先给其他人汇款、转账以及缴纳任何费用，以免被骗。
法律依据：
《最高人民法院关于人民法院审理借贷案件的若干意见》 第十条 一方以欺诈、胁迫等手段或者乘人之危，使对方在违背真实意思的情况下所形成的借贷关系，应认定为无效。
