释义	法律分析：我国并未明确巨额财产的标准，但是最高人民检察院于1999年颁发的司法解释将巨额财产的标准规定为30万元。该司法解释到现在仍是有效的，实践中也是这么来办。法律依据：《最高人民检察院关于人民检察院直接受理立案侦查案件立案标准的规定（试行）》（九）巨额财产来源不明案（第395条第1款）巨额财产来源不明罪是指国家工作人员的财产或者支出明显超出合法收入，差额巨大，而本人又不能说明其来源是合法的行为。涉嫌巨额财产来源不明，数额在30万元以上的，应予立案。
