释义	法律分析：不可以。军官和士官可以结婚，但有职务、军阶、年龄等方面的限制；普通士兵（义务兵）在服现役是不可以结婚的。现役军人结婚须提前一个月向所在单位党组织或政治机关提出书面申请，经审查同意后，填写《申请结婚报告表》作为归档材料;由政治机关出具《婚姻状况证明》，作为结婚登记的依据。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十九条要求结婚的男女双方应当亲自到婚姻登记机关申请结婚登记。符合本法规定的，予以登记，发给结婚证。完成结婚登记，即确立婚姻关系。未办理结婚登记的，应当补办登记。
