问题	什么叫直系血亲和旁系血亲?
释义	直系血亲：指有直接血缘关系的亲属，如父母与子女之间、祖父母与孙子女之间、外祖父母与外孙子女之间等都是直系血亲。旁系血亲：直系血亲以外，在血缘上和自己同出一源的亲属，如兄弟姐妹之间，表兄弟姐妹之间，自己与伯叔、姑母、舅父、姨母之间等，都是旁系血亲。众所周知，近亲结婚会导致遗传质量下降。为了优生优育的目的，国家禁止近亲结婚，规定“直系血亲和三代以内的旁系血亲”之间不能结婚。
