释义	法律分析：第三人给债务人提供债务担保，签订担保合同后，如果经债权人同意的，可以撤回担保。如果债权人不同意就不能撤销。但如果主债务无效或者有骗取担保等情形时，担保人不承担担保责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十八条一方以欺诈手段，使对方在违背真实意思的情况下实施的民事法律行为，受欺诈方有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销。第六百八十一条保证合同是为保障债权的实现，保证人和债权人约定，当债务人不履行到期债务或者发生当事人约定的情形时，保证人履行债务或者承担责任的合同。
