释义	一般情况下，抓嫖要抓现行犯，因为现行犯好取证，事后抓嫖也可以，但是取证比较困难，法律规定违法行为必须有确实、充分的证据证明才可以认定，如果事后抓嫖证据不足显然不能进行处罚。法律依据：《治安管理处罚法》第六十六条第一款规定，卖淫、嫖娼的，处十日以上十五日以下拘留，可以并处五千元以下罚款；情节较轻的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。《治安管理处罚法》第六十六条第二款规定，在公共场所拉客招嫖的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。
