释义	5年折算。退休，每担任支部书记、村团支部书记、村妇代会主任的或被聘任村会计，从批准的下月起领取退休金，其标准为每工作一年领取2个月的支部书记工龄工资（按本村支部书记现行工资计算）。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百零一条居民委员会、村民委员会具有基层群众性自治组织法人资格，可以从事为履行职能所需要的民事活动。未设立村集体经济组织的，村民委员会可以依法代行村集体经济组织的职能。
