释义	法律分析：我国现行的法律规定：工作地点噪声容许标准为85分贝，现有企业暂时达不到这一标准的，可以放宽到90分贝。另规定接触噪声不足八小时的工作，噪声标准可相应放宽，即接触时间减半容许放宽3分贝，但无论接触时间多短，噪声强度最大不得超过115分贝。法律依据：根据《中华人民共和国环境噪声污染防治法》第十条规定：国务院生态环境主管部门分别不同的功能区制定国家声环境质量标准。县级以上地方人民政府根据国家声环境质量标准，划定本行政区域内各类声环境质量标准的适用区域，并进行管理。
