特种兵一年有多少时间假期？ |

当然有假期，但假不是随意就休息的，而是在没有作战任务时，或是在重特大任务结束后，才会给士兵放假，但假期也不是特别长，而是要随时待命，有任务要随时取消假期。
法律依据：《中国人民解放军现役军官休假探亲规定》第八条 服现役不满20年或者服役和参加工作不满20年的军官，每年休假20天;服现役满20年以上或者服现役和参加工作满20年以上的军官，每年休假30天。军队院校毕业或者地方普通高等学校毕业入伍的军官，从第二年起安排休假。
第九条 在常规动力舰艇上工作的从事飞行工作的军官，每年休假30天。
第十条 军官符合下列条件之一的，每年休假40天：
(一)部队驻地不在西藏地区以及其他海拔3000米以上(含本数，下同)地区，但本人常年在上述地区流动执勤的;
(二)在青海海拔3000米以下(不含本数，下同)地区工作的;
(三)在边防一线连队工作的;
(四)战斗部队中常年在有核辐射危险环境下工作的。
第十一条 在西藏地区以及其他海拔3000米以上地区工作的军官，服现役不满20年或者服现役和参加工作不满20年的，每年休假60天;服现役满20年以上或者服现役参加工作满20以上的每年休假70天;服现役满25年以上或者服现役和参加工作满25以上的，每年休假80天。在海拔4500米以上地区工作的军官，每年假期再增加10天。
