释义	法律分析：诺成合同与实践合同的区别是产生的法律后果不同。在诺成合同中，如不交付标的物则会构成违约责任。而在实践合同中，如果不交付标的物则合同无法生效，也就不存在违约，如要追究责任的话应是缔约过失。两者成立与生效的时间是不同的。诺成合同通常自双方当事人意思表示一致时起合同即宣告成立。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百七十九条自然人之间的借款合同，自贷款人提供借款时成立。
