释义	法律分析：兼职不签订劳动合同也不违法，兼职属于非全日制用工，不需要签劳动合同，但是也不能约定试用期兼职，在辞职的时候只需要提前三天告知用人单位。对于非全日制的用工关系，劳资双方之间可以订立口头协议，可见公司不跟兼职签劳动合同的这种为没有违反国家法律制度。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第六十九条非全日制用工双方当事人可以订立口头协议。从事非全日制用工的劳动者可以与一个或者一个以上用人单位订立劳动合同；但是，后订立的劳动合同不得影响先订立的劳动合同的履行。
