释义	法律分析：1、承兑行为完成，承兑人即成为票据债务人，应承担到期付款的责任； 2、即使持票人有时因手续欠缺而丧失对前手的追索权，也不影响其对承兑人的权利； 3、承兑人必须承担最终的追索责任，即其他票据债务人被迫索后而持有票据者，都可请求承兑人偿还，即使出票人请求承兑人偿还也不例外； 4、承兑人要承担利益返还请求权的责任。法律依据：《票据法》第四十四条付款人承兑汇票后，应当承担到期付款的责任。
