释义

法律主观：

民事诉讼是指人民法院在当事人双方和其他诉讼人参加下，依法审查和解决民事纠纷案件和其他案件的各种诉讼活动，以及由此所产生的各种诉讼法律关系的总和。通俗地讲，就是你的人身和财产的合法权益受到侵害时，当事人通过打民事官司，达到制裁民事违法行为，保护自己的合法权益的目的。

《民事诉讼法》第三条，人民法院受理公民之间、法人之间、其他组织之间以及他们相互之间因财产关系和人身关系提起的民事诉讼，适用本法的规定。
