释义	法律分析: 灰色产业一般是触及法律边缘的产业，不够光明正大，却又一般不违反法律，就目前的法律制度下，对社会存在一定的隐患，但是又没有确切的法律依据，无法对其进行约束管理。但是实践上所谓的灰色产业很多都是触犯了法律。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第六十六条卖淫、嫖娼的，处十日以上十五日以下拘留，可以并处五千元以下罚款；情节较轻的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。在公共场所拉客招嫖的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。
