释义	法律分析：案底：一般指某人过去犯法或犯罪行为的记录。又称犯罪人员犯罪记录制度，在我国法律中一般指有过刑事犯罪前科的档案记录，而该犯罪档案一般存放至公安部门保存。行政案件有处罚决定书的，会留下违法的记录，但不会留下案底，不影响生活及工作，也不会影响升学考试。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第一百条依法受过刑事处罚的人，在入伍、就业的时候，应当如实向有关单位报告自己曾受过刑事处罚，不得隐瞒。犯罪的时候不满十八周岁被判处五年有期徒刑以下刑罚的人，免除前款规定的报告义务。
