租房子把电视弄坏了怎么办

法律分析：在正常使用电视机的情况下，电视机出现故障，则维修费用应该由房东负责;如果是租客人为损坏电视机，则电视机的维修费用应该由租客承担; 但是在实际生活中，房东和租客可以结合实际情况，经过协商共同承担维修的费用。
法律依据：《商品房屋租赁管理办法》 第十条 承租人应当按照合同约定的租赁用途和使用要求合理使用房屋，不得擅自改动房屋承重结构和拆改室内设施，不得损害其他业主和使用人的合法权益。承租人因使用不当等原因造成承租房屋和设施损坏的，承租人应当负责修复或者承担赔偿责任。
