释义	律师解答：法律不允许用B超来检验胎儿性别。法律规定,除非医学上确有需要,例如,医学研究和治疗需要,禁止任何人利用B超等超生设备和其他方法检验胎儿性别。【法律依据】：《中华人民共和国母婴保健法实施办法》第四十二条违反本办法规定进行胎儿性别鉴定的，由卫生行政部门给予警告，责令停止违法行为；对医疗、保健机构直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员，依法给予行政处分。进行胎儿性别鉴定两次以上的或者以营利为目的进行胎儿性别鉴定的，并由原发证机关撤销相应的母婴保健技术执业资格或者医师执业证书。
