法律分析:
劳动者当天辞职是不能走的,一般劳动者辞职是需要提前一个月以书面的形式通知用人单位，就可以解除劳动关系，试用期提前三天通知单位即可。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》
第三十六条 用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以解除劳动合同。
第三十七条 劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
