释义	法律分析: 母亲长时间不管孩子，若是导致孩子重伤、死亡，因不被管而生活无着，流离失所，被迫沿街乞讨的算遗弃。遗弃行为必须达到情节恶劣程度的，才构成犯罪。遗弃罪是指负有抚养义务的人，对年老、年幼、患病或者其他没有独立生活抚养能力的人拒绝抚养，情节恶劣的行为。《中华人民共和国刑法》第十四条【故意犯罪】明知自己的行为会发生危害社会的结果，并且希望或者放任这种结果发生，因而构成犯罪的，是故意犯罪。故意犯罪，应当负刑事责任。
