释义	法律分析：可转债，通俗地讲，实际就是欠条，相当于我们把钱借给了上市公司，到期（5-6年）后还本付息的欠条，而且可以随时兑换成股票。我们赚的，主要是债券转换成股票的差价，和股票上涨的之后把手中的债券转成股票卖出获利。而相对于股票，可转债有保底的利息，在熊市跌得比股票要少，在牛市可以比肩股票的涨幅。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第一百五十九条公司债券可以转让，转让价格由转让人与受让人约定。公司债券在证券交易所上市交易的，按照证券交易所的交易规则转让。
