释义	法律分析：付款人名称可以更改，但是收款人（票据债权人）虽然不能从原付款人收到款项了，但是却可以从更改后的新付款人收到款项，因此，并不会从根本上损害收款人的权益。但是，这种更改，只有原记载人有更改权。法律依据：《中华人民共和国票据法》第九条票据上的记载事项必须符合本法的规定。票据金额、日期、收款人名称不得更改，更改的票据无效。对票据上的其他记载事项，原记载人可以更改，更改时应当由原记载人签章证明。
