释义	法律分析：工人和干部的退休金一般没有什么差别。对于机关事业单位，理论上工人身份执行的是工勤工资，干部身份一般是职级工资，但这个并不是绝对的，很多工人身份也和干部身份拿一样的工资。退休金一般是在职的70%-90%视不同情况而定，对于企业来说，如果缴费基数、年限等所有情况都一样，男性和女性工人和干部没有任何区别。法律依据：《国务院关于工人退休、退职的暂行办法》第二条工人退休以后，每月按下列标准发给退休费，直至去世为止。
