作为饲养鸽子的业主，不应给相邻方的生活造成妨碍或损失，如鸽子噪音、粪便等，形成了对其他业主的相邻权的侵犯，应承担相应责任
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》
第二百八十八条 不动产的相邻权利人应当按照有利生产、方便生活、团结互助、公平合理的原则，正确处理相邻关系。
第一千二百四十五条 饲养的动物造成他人损害的，动物饲养人或者管理人应当承担侵权责任;但是，能够证明损害是因被侵权人故意或者重大过失造成的，可以不承担或者减轻责任。
