释义	法律分析: 恶性窜货犯法。经销商跨过自身覆盖的销售区域而进行的有意识的销售就是窜货。只是双方之间的一个民事行为，至多只是承担违约责任。但是造成市场倾轧、价格混乱、严重影响厂商声誉等现象违法。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国反垄断法》第十四条禁止经营者与交易相对人达成下列垄断协议：（一）固定向第三人转售商品的价格；（二）限定向第三人转售商品的最低价格；（三）国务院反垄断执法机构认定的其他垄断协议。
