软件著作权登记概念

法律分析：软件著作权登记指的是，软件的开发者以及通过继承、受让或者承受软件著作权的自然人、法人或其他组织对其享有著作权的计算机软件依法向国家软件著作权登记机构登记保护其软件的行为。
法律依据：《计算机软件著作权登记办法》 第四条 软件著作权登记申请人应当是该软件的著作权人以及通过继承、受让或者承受软件著作权的自然人、法人或者其他组织。软件著作权合同登记的申请人，应当是软件著作权专有许可合同或者转让合同的当事人。
