释义	法律分析：夫妻之间可以代签合同，但是夫妻代签合同是否有效要看情况。如果处分的是夫妻共同财产的，夫妻协商一致的，可以代签；或者如果夫妻一方是另一方的代理人的，具有委托代理协议或代理证明的，也可以代签。如果代签行为经过时候追认的，也是有效的。其他没有经过追认也没有事先同意的带签合同是无效的。法律依据：《民法典》第一百六十一条，民事主体可以通过代理人实施民事法律行为。依照法律规定、当事人约定或者民事法律行为的性质，应当由本人亲自实施的民事法律行为，不得代理。
