释义	法律分析：自留地是中国农业集体经济组织按政策规定分配给成员长期使用的土地。自留地、自留山均属于集体所有，其成员只有使用权，不得出租、转让或买卖，也不得擅自用于非农业生产用途。自留地生产的产品归农民自己支配，国家不征农业税。自留地、自留山经营权受国家保护，不得随意侵占。而以前国家没有规定为自留地发过任何证书，目前也没有计划为自留地颁发使用权证书。根据法律规定，公民使用的宅基地，所有权属于国家或者集体;公民的自留山、自留地，所有权属于集体。而国家及集体所有的土地是可以依法确定由个人使用的。即公民对自留山、自留地、宅基地等，有依法使用的权利。因为遗产必须是公民个人合法拥有的财产，所以，公民是不能将自留山、自留地、宅基地作为遗产继承的，而只享有使用权。也就是说，你在自留山。自留地上种的庄稼、果实等一切物品，都是归农民所有，而这个地是不属于你的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国农村土地承包法》第二条本法所称农村土地，是指农民集体所有和国家所有依法由农民集体使用的耕地、林地、草地，以及其他依法用于农业的土地。第三条国家实行农村土地承包经营制度。农村土地承包采取农村集体经济组织内部的家庭承包方式，不宜采取家庭承包方式的荒山、荒沟、荒丘、荒滩等农村土地，可以采取招标、拍卖、公开协商等方式承包。
