释义	信用卡恶意透支是指持卡人以非法占有为目的，超过规定限额或者规定期限透支，并且经发卡银行催收后仍不归还的行为。一般情况下，恶意透支都属于违约行为，需依照信用卡领用合同承担违约责任。恶意透支行为包括两种基本行为方式：(1)一是超过规定限额透支，即超过信用卡章程的规定或者发卡银行的允许透支。(2)二是超过规定期限透支，即在规定的时间内没有归还本息。一般来说，信用卡恶意透支行为，将在发卡银行留下不良的信用记录，影响持卡人的个人信用。
