释义	阴阳合同是指当事人就同一事项订立两份以上的内容不相同的合同，一份对内，一份对外，其中对外的一份并不是双方真实意思表示，；对内的一份则是双方真实意思表示，可以是书面或口头。阳合同是虚假意思签订的，合同无效，阴合同是隐藏意思表示，合同效力需根据依照有关法律规定处理。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十六条行为人与相对人以虚假的意思表示实施的民事法律行为无效。以虚假的意思表示隐藏的民事法律行为的效力，依照有关法律规定处理。
