释义	法律分析：不会。转让、续展、变更等成功后会发给核准转让证明、核准续展证明或通知书，变更合格通知书，不发新的商标注册证，这些证明或通知书需要和原注册证一起使用。法律依据：《中华人民共和国商标法》第二十三条注册商标变更注册人的名义、地址或者其他注册事项的，应当提出申请。申请人变更其名义、地址、代理人，或者删减指定的商品的，可以向商标局办理变更手续。变更后不再发放新的商标注册证。
