释义	商业承兑汇票保贴是指对符合银行授信条件的企业，以书函的形式（或在票据上记载银行的承诺）承诺为其签发或持有的商业承兑汇票办理贴现，即给予保贴额度的一种授信业务。申请保贴额度的企业既可以是票据承兑人，也可以是票据持票人。商业承兑汇票保贴业务一般纳入银行给予票据承兑人或签发人的授信额度管理，在商业承兑汇票贴现贷款发生后，仅占用票据承兑人（或追索签发人）的授信额度，免去对申请人的授信审查。法律依据《中华人民共和国票据法》第四十二条
