释义	试用电脑被出租能否要求其支付费用依据我国民法典的规定，试用电脑如果被出租的，能不能要求出卖人支付费用，要依据签订的试用合同而定。相关法律规定《民法典》第六百三十七条试用买卖的当事人可以约定标的物的试用期限。对试用期限没有约定或者约定不明确，依据本法第五百一十条的规定仍不能确定的，由出卖人确定。第六百三十八条试用买卖的买受人在试用期内可以购买标的物，也可以拒绝购买。试用期限届满，买受人对是否购买标的物未作表示的，视为购买。
