国际私法协议选择法律的范围
释义
法律主观：
我国的国际私法主要调整具有涉外因素的民商事法律关系。国际私法在大陆法系国家多称为国际私法，在英美法系国家多成为冲突法，也有直接称之为“涉外民事法律适用法”的，还有“民法施行法”、“法例”、“法律适用条例”等名称。
法律客观：
《中华人民共和国涉外民事关系法律适用法》
第二条
涉外民事关系适用的法律，依照本法确定。其他法律对涉外民事关系法律适用另有特别规定的，依照其规定。
本法和其他法律对涉外民事关系法律适用没有规定的，适用与该涉外民事关系有最密切联系的法律。
