释义	法律分析：10年。林木类生产性生物资产计算折旧的最低年限为10年。虽然企业生产性生物资产折旧年限的长短，一般只是涉及到企业纳税义务的时序问题，但是考虑到国家每年财政收入的要求、通货膨胀或者紧缩等经济情况的变化等多种因素的影响，若不对生产性生物资产的折旧年限做一个基本要求，仍然会影响到国家的税收利益。法律依据：《中华人民共和国企业所得税法实施条例》第六十四条生产性生物资产计算折旧的最低年限如下：（一）林木类生产性生物资产，为10年；（二）畜类生产性生物资产，为3年。
