释义	法律分析：中国现在并没有在使用夏令时，世界上其他的110个国家在使用夏令时。但是中国在之前使用过一段时间的夏令时，后来取消了。法律依据：《国务院办公厅公告-关于结束1986年夏令时的事项》第一条一九八六年夏时制于九月十四日凌晨二时结束，届时应将钟表拨慢一小时，即从二时拨回到一时。广播电台等报时单位报时，应将“北京夏令时”改称“北京时间”。各地方和铁道、民航、交通、邮电、广播影视、气象等各部门，应根据时间的转换，提前精心安排好各项工作和生产活动。
