释义	法律分析：酒店的老板以投资额为限承担有限责任。如果没有虚假出资、欠缴出资、抽逃注册资本、转移公司财产等行为，就不必用其他财产来偿还债务。但是要通知并公告债权人登记债权。一般财产扣除完破产费用、员工工资和安置费用、税金后，仍然无法还清全部债务时，一般债权人要按比例受偿。法律依据：《中华人民共和国破产法》第九条申请人向人民法院提出破产申请，人民法院未接收其申请，或者未按本规定第七条执行的，申请人可以向上一级人民法院提出破产申请。
