谈恋爱互赠的礼物分手可以要回来吗

法律分析：恋爱期间，互赠的小礼物在双方分手时要求返还的，一般不予支持。赠与是具有针对性和有条件的;在双方没有办法继续履行婚约并结婚的情况下，接受方继续占有财物就失去了事实上和法律上的依据，构成不当得利，理应返还。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百五十八条 民事法律行为可以附条件，但是根据其性质不得附条件的除外。附生效条件的民事法律行为，自条件成就时生效。附解除条件的民事法律行为，自条件成就时失效。
