免职是什么意思?
释义
法律主观：
免职，指依法享有任免权的机关按照法律或制度规定免去公职人员所担任的职务。 需要注意的是：免职只是意味被免职人不再担任原职务，一般不具有惩罚性，所以公职人员正常的职务调动会用到此词；触犯 法规 的公职人员往往也用到此词，他们因为当时不适任原职所以或是职务调动或是事后再担任原职，故“免职”并非一般人所认为的“撤职”。
