释义	法律主观：辞职是劳动者主动提出提出解除劳动关系的行为;辞退是用人单位主动提出解除双方劳动关系的行为。辞职的行为主体只能是职工个人，辞退的行为主体只能是单位。辞职首先要由职工本人提出书面申请，而辞退单位无需向任何人提出申请。做为被辞退者一定时间内的生活保障和其在本单位工作的补偿，单位需按有关政策的规定向被辞退职工支付法定数额的辞退费。而辞职职工不需向单位偿付任何费用(培训费除外)。
