释义	法律分析：合同纠纷约定了仲裁的，将不能向人民法院进行起诉。但若冲裁协议不明确不唯一导致仲裁协议无效的，可以向人民法院进行起诉。另外，仲裁的效力是一裁终局，不能上诉。但若在仲裁过程中存在重大程序违法的，则可以向人民法院提起诉讼。法律依据：《中华人民共和国仲裁法》第五条当事人达成仲裁协议，一方向人民法院起诉的，人民法院不予受理，但仲裁协议无效的除外。
