法律分析：公休假不包含周末。全体公民放假的假日，如果适逢星期六、星期日，应当在工作日补假。部分公民放假的假日，如果适逢星期六、星期日，则不补假。公休假包括“公休假日和公共假日”。是指国家法律明文规定的带薪休假制度。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》 第三十六条 国家实行劳动者每日工作时间不超过八小时、平均每周工作时间不超过四十四小时的工时制度。
