释义	法律分析：一般情况下，恋爱期间，情侣之间自愿互赠小礼品、发送红包、请客吃饭是增进感情的一种方式，多以赠与为主。但如果双方是以结婚为目的而给付的聘金或彩礼，通过银行转账的大额账单，订婚戒指、婚车、嫁妆等，或者事后能证明转账不属于赠与的话，在双方没有终成眷属缔结婚姻的情况下，则受让一方可能构成不当得利需要返还相应的财产。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第九百八十七条得利人知道或者应当知道取得的利益没有法律根据的，受损失的人可以请求得利人返还其取得的利益并依法赔偿损失。
